What you share when you book
When you message us on WhatsApp, WeChat, Zalo or KakaoTalk, you usually share your name, the hotel or property where you're staying, your room or villa number, your preferred date and time, the treatment you'd like and the number of guests. The messaging app also shows us your phone number or account name.
Why we use it
Only to arrange your booking: confirming the time, sending a therapist to the right room and contacting you about any changes. We don't sell your details or add you to marketing lists.
Who sees it
The staff who handle bookings and the therapist assigned to your session. Your messages are also handled by the messaging app you choose, under that app's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep booking messages only as long as we need them to manage your booking and answer follow-up questions.
This website and cookies
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits and clicks on our booking buttons. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't identify you and only gives us anonymous totals, such as how many visitors came from which country or device.
This website has no forms or accounts. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits and clicks on our booking buttons, so we know which pages and ads help guests find us. We don't see what you write in your messaging app.
If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you've shared at any time by messaging us on the same app or using the contact details below.
